Information about bills that have already been drafted but stalled in Congress, or need to be written/introduced. When good bills get written, the public has to get behind them and make our elected reps represent us.

• Supreme Court Term Limits and Regular Appointments Act of 2025. Key verbiage in this marvelous piece of legislation, which was sponsored by only ONE of our representatives, Ro Khanna: After a Justice has served 18 years, that Justice shall be deemed a Justice retired from regular active service under section 371(b).

• Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to limit the number of terms that a Member of Congress may serve. Introduced by Rep. Ralph See also this story at the US Term Limits site.
